You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use boso1. Employees of boso1 and its affiliates are not eligible to hold player accounts or claim bonuses.
Each individual may hold only one active boso1 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings or bonuses will be voided without prior notice.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are credited instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 15 minutes on average.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of bots or automated software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

By accessing the boso1 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and boso1. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important: These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
To register and maintain an active account on boso1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:
Age Verification: boso1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage member will be voided and forfeited.
To access the full range of boso1 services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.
Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on boso1. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
KYC Documentation: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, boso1 requires all members to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:
boso1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is fully completed and approved. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account suspension.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. boso1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
All financial transactions on the boso1 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). boso1 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Member and any associated fees are borne by the Member.
Accepted Deposit Methods: boso1 currently accepts deposits via the following channels:
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. boso1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Verified accounts typically receive funds within 15 minutes of request approval during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity on the following business day.
Anti-Money Laundering: All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. boso1 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for transactions that trigger internal review thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. boso1 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
boso1 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the individual promotion, which supplement and take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.
General Bonus Terms:
All wagers placed on the boso1 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or betting market. These rules are published within the Platform interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
boso1 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is credible evidence of manipulation, software error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.

Your use of the boso1 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
boso1 collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boso1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling is a leisure activity involving inherent financial risk. boso1 does not guarantee winnings or any particular outcome. All bets are placed at your own risk. You agree not to hold boso1 liable for any gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit boso1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All content on the boso1 Platform — including but not limited to the boso1 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of boso1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without boso1's prior written consent.
boso1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon account closure for breach, boso1 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits net of any proven fraudulent activity will be returned to the Member following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting boso1 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.
boso1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, boso1 will notify members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to the registered account address. The effective date of the revised terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boso1 holds its operating license, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, boso1 and the Member shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. Members may submit a formal complaint by contacting boso1 support at [email protected]. boso1 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as designated by boso1 at the time of the dispute. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Note: Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
